After AgroParisTech, ISA MBA from HEC and a master’s degree from the Université Musicale Internationale de Paris as violinist, Claude FROMAGEOT began his career in Tunisia as part of a cooperation program. He then began a phase in the cosmetics industry and in management consulting. Then, for 13 years, he headed the research and development department of Group Rocher with a multidisciplinary scientific team of 150 people integrating skills from plants study to the skin. He is involved in organizations such as OREE, FRB (Foundation for Biodiversity Research) and MnHn (National Museum of Natural History), UN, UNCTAD.
From 2000 to the present day, he also became a director of the Yves Rocher-Institut de France Foundation, active on biodiversity issues through four programs including “Terre de femmes” and “Plantons pour la Planète”. From 2011, Claude FROMAGEOT is Head of Sustainable Development for Group Rocher. Present alongside the Group’s 10 brands to contribute to their transformation. He is also active, through his mandates, lectures and publications, with various audiences, authorities, academics, international organizations, etc. He is now, for example, on behalf of Orée, a member of the Global Partnership of the United Nations Convention on Biodiversity.
