She started her career joining the medical device evaluation department of AFSSAPS (ANSM today, French authority), before joining INSERM, as Regulatory Affairs Manager in the Clinical Trial team. In 2017, she joined the cosmetics industry as Regulatory Officer at FEBEA.
From 2008 to 2018, Olivia worked at the CTPA (Cosmetic Toiletry & Perfumery Association, British federation) as Director of the Regulatory and International Services. Olivia was a member of several working groups in Cosmetics Europe. In 2019, Olivia founded Bloom Regulatory, a consultancy company based in London offering regulatory and strategic services to the cosmetics industry.
